I have a question about dribbling. In an in game situation to keep a person with quick hands from stilling the ball when driving, is it best to dribble low and hard. Should you always dribble hard. I know you'll probably say yes to my question, but any really good ball handler know the key to protecting the ball when driving past a defender.

I was watching you 11" jump video and I saw that when you jumped you did a butt kick then forced your legs back down. I watched a football player on YouTube jump to grab money of the ceiling a he did it twice in the air does that get you even more air. I tried practicing that. It doesn't come natural to me, but it looks like it helps a lot.

You guys are crazy. And what I meant by the woman comment was, that a woman would have known I was speaking on winning and playing ball , not partying clubs and females. Some people are hardcore ballers, like darant, who can care less about that stuff and his hair

I'm wondering if this question would've been answered differently by a woman.
Well if it's about the place, then I understand, but if it's about winning It doesn't make sense to me. On paper it might, but unfortunately we live in reality, and it appears that he would have had a better chance with the cavs, though they suck without him, he made the better. I'd take jj hickson over bosh.

I've always jump to see how high I get over the basketball rim and Im 2" from getting my whole hand over the rim. I'm 6'0" tall so that helps. Also how long did it take you to get that strong I just started doing squats and I barely get 170 lbs 2x how long does it take till I'm doing 8 reps of that? And how often would you recommend I do them. Meaning, should I practice daily, every other day...
Any advice on getting stronger in my lower body would be greatly appreciated!

What's the difference in the cavs and the heat. Dwade? Because Chris bosh sucks. If they wanted to win championships they would've been better off with Wade going to Cleveland, at least they had some type of bond,lebron seemed happier, and if you say he wasn't , i never seen a sad man dance so well, but they had chemistry and lebron knew how to play with them, they were just missing a dwade. Chris bosh seems unhappy and did I mention he sucks. Good luck with them 8 plus ring that they'll never get
