good news tho is: no working out at all for nearly a week, is helping my bicep. in a weird way, maybe this flu will help my body a bit. hah. definitely a major forced deload.. ;f

independent artist. love his rap/music. shot to death today while he was getting cookies. they tried killing him twice prior. he's been in a lot of "beefs" for not signing with people.

literally 20% of my rap playlist. been my favorite rapper for a few years now. him & lil baby.

nah lol.

kinda like L vs R leg jumping/throwing.

i'll crush the reps with R, but not going up in weight compared to L .. so i'll stay at the same weight at least - so yea i guess there's a slight care ;f

it's really just coordination.. it's nuts.

i got up to 90's doing single arm bench way back, right and left. i did it similarly then too. as R goes up, L goes up too. that cross neuro strength thing, i forget the name ;f

plan to hit some more tmw!!

left bicep tendonitis/golfer's elbow still annoying.. meh !!!!! i've been doing a bit more "release" and stretching of the area lately .. just trying to stimulate some healing.

5 November

Low aerobic zone run 10K @ 1:17:45 ( 7:46 pace )

3rd consecutive 10K low aerobic run that i get the exact same time. Last time diff was 18 seconds total, now 8! 8 seconds of difference in a 1hr20mins run, i mean , wow!
However this time humidity was over 85% , so it i would be probably much much faster in regular conditions.
Watch agrees, it reported new all time fastest race time predictions, 5K is down to 22:42 now  :headbang: :ibrunning:

sick! to all of it!

Great awesome explosive packed boxing fight between fury and wilder the trilogy.

Wilder came up with some lame ass excuses in the second fight and went to court to order a rematch and this fight was the result.
Wilder is a dangerous fighter but tyson fury is a warrior, good ending.

i saw that in a sports bar, was such an epic fight.

when wilder knocked fury down twice.. place just was erupting like crazy. then fury gathers himself and crushes wilder.

a day of disappearing motivation. i got dressed to run, got out the door, it's a glorious day, and i just did not want to start. i paced around for a while trying to psych myself up and failed.

those early morning schedule shifts are almost impossible. meh! i've had a few last several months but never gotten one to stick.

maybe do some walk/stride stuff .. just so you can get out the door by walking, enjoying the beautiful weather, then throw some strides in. might help, dno !

stepped up to 70's on db bench .. most i did was 10 (R), 5 (L) .. 3 sets (each set got worse)
