If I get twice as weak as you, I'd get a 2x squat.

Haha you looked so much more ... "different" there. Intellectual vs. caveman.

He was introduced to white girls

And that causes facial hair to grow? I knew there was something fishy about my facial hair. It never grows!

Hammering it down nicely on those baseline lobs.  And the 2 handers are lookin damn easy now.  When you start taking requests I think a 2 hand tomahawk would be a nice addition to the repertoire.

Totally agree, think "Derrick Rose" tomahawk.

Yeah, a life changing experience.

A friend of mine told me a story about how a teacher of his, at the University level, got his car robbed. So they called the cops. And the cop, when he came, said "and what do you want me to do about it?!".

In another similar event, the cop said "well, I didn't tell you to let valuable stuff in the car!".

He set an unofficial WR. I mean the hypo.

WTF? That looks really interesting!

And yeah, Sundays the courts are full in here too, not a good time to go dunk.

Since you've started going with the left hand up you extend better. I'd still love to see more rotation/hip extension into the jump though.

I remember him, I have no idea what he's doing though.

He also had a two handed windmill... or sort of...

I'd love to see him jump off one leg though, and in proper equipment after a proper warm-up.

Last jump looks like a one-leg dunk attempt. You owe me a one legged dunk if you get under 150. ;D

Well he trains on his own right now, not sure what his squat numbers are at the moment, but he sprained his ankle in an "uncovered" sewer end that was on the street from what I know. Remember, we live in a civilized country.

Glad it helped, it sure will be interesting what happens next.

as for me, when i unrack a bar, even at that depth, i use my hips pretty good, its not a knee driven movement when i unrack a bar, so that's probably something else that's important.. unracking it using a bit more hip focus, just in case.

That's very interesting. Could this unracking thing make you become more aware of the hips if that makes sense? (like the iso stim does)
