LIES ^^ !

Some serious progress in this mofo tho, stay healthy, but keep attacking!

Bro, your a clown, that eats big, gets flu & doesn't realise what he puts into his body directly influences the state of his health & his performances.

Do you honestly believe you will reach your fullest athletic potential eating junk & over-eating.

Let me hit you with this then: Nutrition is overrated and is invented to sell supplements and for vegan people to act all superior. How about this?

Then it's fat that you're losing so you'll be fine.

12 lbs is good enough. You just need to go all out on these, try the paused throw from the bottom vs the reactive throw where you throw the ball straight up for 3 feet or so, catch it and immediately throw it overhead. See what's the difference between these two, might give you hints on your explosive vs. reactive ability.

It's funny that I have the same plates at home. I was afraid you were going to start doing plate swings with having the plates in those positions.

Haha, I didn't do that now... that was some time ago (a year or so). My back is fucked because of the Smith Machine and me doing calf raises on that.

Well if I take me as an example, when I used to do unracks it was just my entire core "shaking" and feeling this "twisting" thing going on... like my spine was totally unstable and under the possibility of a little twist. You don't need me to tell you how dangerous that is. But if that's not the case for you, then...

Meaning, you're not actually squatting etc. If you were, you were limited by the ROM, TUT, fatigue, leg strength in disadvantageous positions etc to "help" you prevent using too much. But here, you're only limited by "back strength" but if that fails... there's a much lower threshold for error.

So what you're actually trying to say is "Get fat, play "ball" and be happy. You're going to be a superstar". I think I've heard this somewhere else before...

I think they mean to "have a bigger belly". They (the powerlifters) say a bigger belly means a bigger "base" for the squat to be executed.

I'd definitely use a belt though in these kind of situations, way too much weight for the back's health.

my motto is, if you need a belt, you shouldn't be lifting it..

Mine's too, but you're not actually "lifting". No need for extra danger.

My approach speed increases at lower rims, because at higher rims I have the tendency to take an even longer last step and go slower so I have more time to apply force, but this is while using an one-leg jump. Not sure what kind of jumping you use.

But on lower rims I can go quicker since the rim is lower and my approach becomes better.
