Philly's defence though too. Great job at running TOR off the 3 line

Watching PHI v TOR. Leonard is having a cracker and Embid is dominating but the best part is AI's reaction from the sidelines. Pure gold!

Here's the vid of the tip in. Looks far less impressive than the still shot but slow-mo looks ok though haha.

Man there's a real secret in stretching for long periods. I do it occasionally and it's a beautiful thing afterwards. Provided you can get out safely.

yea definitely. tho, made my hamstrings a bit sore today.

one good from yesterday is: after all the stretching/icing/craziness i did, glute/hamstring/hip actually feel great today. hamstrings are sore from the prolonged stretch tho.

stuff like that shouldn't even make us sore give me a break.. i mean the position i was in shouldn't even cause much of a stretch. the fact that it does, is a problem. :ninja:

Haha yes!!! I'm the same. I'm ashamed that certain positions are tight for me.

big W for POR. steals game 2.

DEN fought hard, got back in it towards the end.

can't believe Jamal Murray could even play with his "bum leg". guy could barely move but still hit some big shots. i'd think a coach would take him out tho: 1) so he doesnt hurt himself worse 2) because he's a defensive liability.

Was such a weird game. POR had a decent lead with virtually no contribution from Lillard or McCollum in the first half. Just held on too. Can't wait to see them back in Portland for the next two.

Ball game. Competition wasn't great but I had a good game. Dominated underneath. Good for a run and had some nice drives. The good thing about this team is a few of the wives/girlfriends take videos from the side. Here's a still from a tip in I had which had some decent height. Feel good about getting another 4-6" on that soon too.

Coges needs Draymond to throw him some Alleys..

Green is an oop specialist. That pass to Green in the paint, "fake drive", then alley to Igoudala (mostly) is so lethal.

Haha this times a million.

Iguodala though still has crazy hops at 35. Not only does he get up but he gets up quick.

oh btw to clarify.. regarding flops/acting: the players are just exploitation bad (awful) officiating. the NBA's officiating absolutely sucks.

regarding whining about fouls and not getting back on D: that's BAD basketball & bad coaching.

Agree and agree.

Players will exploit the rules to their advantage every time. Refs need to stop that shit.

There's a team bonding/player management program used by a few of the footy teams here in Aus called Leading Teams. A few of the teams who used it had great success while it's destroyed other teams. It's basically a full honesty program where each player sits in front of the group and the group tell them all the bad qualities they have that need to be fixed (among other things). Apparently quite brutal. Wonder how that would go over in the NBA haha. I imagine there'd be a few egos on the line.

The Last-Two Minute report did cite three other moments during that span when fouls should have been called and were not. All of instances benefited the Warriors — and Curry, in particular.

Quote
The NBA’s Last-Two Minute report indicated Curry should have fouled out Sunday before he was able to hit a crucial shot for Golden State in the final minute. It also asserted that referees were correct in not blowing a whistle on teammate Draymond Green for a shooting foul on a missed shot by Harden.

Klay definitely fouled Harden on several 3's. Last one (w/ Draymond) I didn't think was a foul. I thought Chris Paul got fouled tho after his offensive rebound.

should be interesting tonight.

The players are their own worst enemy. They play for the foul, create contact, kick their legs out and then complain to the refs. Then they wonder why they don't get legitimate calls. Every heard of the boy who cried wolf?

Tbh I've never seen more players go at refs with such aggression then this post season. It's shocking.

Reverse Deadmill- 4mins 30s
Calf Stretch- 3 mins total

J Curl- sets of 5- bw x 5, 10 x 5, 20 x 5, 30 x 5
Step Up- Heel down- 7.5" box- sets of 15-  20, 30, 40, 45

Garhammer Raise- 5, 4, 4
Seated DB Tibialis Raise- 10 x 20, 15 x 20, 20

Incline DB Press- 15s x 10, 17.5s x 10, 10

Couch Stretch and 90/90 stretch to finish

Good session. Felt great after but no surprises that I hadn't lifted in over a week looking at my chins. Step ups were ok although the box was likely an inch or two too high. J curls were great. Got some feedback on my form which made a huge difference in using the hips properly throughout the movement.
