barbell lunge 5x135, 5x175, 5x190, 5x200.
abs - pushie leg 3x15, heels to heaven 3x30.
heavy bag 2x3.0 min rounds
hard to follow up my last w/o, but I have goal to achieve so back at it. I need a 34" vert by august or age wins.
