Nah that's probably close level to the rim... so ~40.

no!

Look at the original angle (0:03). Does that seem head over rim to you?

I think Werm looked head over rim at a few dunks. Angle, but still...

No single leg (LLLL and RRRR) bounding?

And you have hurdles at that field?

Who is Larry Craig?

wide stance is only for people who plan to be soliciting sex in bathrooms in the minneapolis-st. paul airport

I wonder how the T-Nation guys like it now :D

Anorexic dunker in the Sprite dunk contest!

Looking good man. As long as the deadlifts don't interfere with the plyos (meaning - they don't generate too much soreness that limits the plyo days) then it's all good.

I personally can't squat narrow. Even a 1/4 squat with a narrow stance = great knee bend and pressure on the knees.

Definitely for this.

Squat definitely looking good. That guy who commented was spot on. So I guess maybe it's just a matter of getting more efficient at squatting muscularily-wise (in terms of muscular intra and inter coordination, which basically means your body adapting to the exercise until real strength gains start happening).

I wonder how and if your training will change going for a higher SLVJ

Would you say the need for specificity will increase? More lunges/BSSs/one-leg deadlifts or just continue with half squats?

For example, I was thinking about your LTMP thing but I was thinking about using the lunge or BSS instead of the half squat daily for more one-leg specificity...

Powerdunk from today (focus on speed and power):

A matter of technique I think. I'm very similar, I can tap into the glute strength reserves in unilateral strength exercises, whereas in the squat it becomes a quad dominant thing that takes the glutes off and my position/posture sucks hence my squat sucks.

Maybe a video of your squats would help.
