Not the best play from Simmons IMHO .. just chucks it up. i'd rather see him hit JJ on the run or something like that. Also, someone should have inbounded it instead, give Simmons a chance to get it at the end.

CLE VS BOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicolo burned out:

Ummm Were gonna have to re-think this training. Crash n burn

So my legs are completely fried from training wt the Kenyan group last month uggg. Was debating about dropping out at mile 5. Ran my best races in my workouts last month and my legs haven't been the same after. Some 10-12 mile runs were faster than this. Just gonna run easy mileage for a while to reset my body now.

Quote
Nicolo Filippazzo I've run 65:00 pb. Was expecting to go sub 1:03:00 but I fried my self last month in Santa FE and ran my peak way to soon in my workouts. I literally jogged in last few miles uggg until next time though.

That's what happened in the gold coast marathon I think where one of the persons in third place looked at his watch and bailed. Don't know if kenyan.

damn!

yeah it's probably happened to everyone who uses a GPS watch, more so in training. In racing it's harder to quit, but in training, if you are expecting to have X session and you just aren't feeling it, your watch can provide you a way out.

i've learned about soo many people who were insanely fast in this area, it's crazy.

i mean this one old schooler even wrote this:

Quote
In 1996 I ran 16;44 and didn't even finish in the top 3 in my age group even after they took out the top 3 overall and top 3 masters. There wasn't as many races back then, so the quality showed up at the fast races. The heart run 10 k from holiday park was another super fast race from 1977 - mid 1985 there would be 5 guys sub 30.

5 guys sub30 for 10k.. wtf?

he's disgraced already. then again there are apparently two public schools named after nixon (!!!!!). obama's got 13 already.

http://time.com/4226561/president-richard-nixon-public-schools/

according to that article, nixon visited one of the schools in 1989 and the kids sang him "this land is your land," a left-wing protest song written in 1940, when nixon was a lawyer for petroleum companies in california.

Nah he's not disgraced, that's the problem. He's a disgrace, but he's not officially disgraced. Unless he is officially disgraced, his supporters & colleagues will re-write history & make it seem like he had the best presidency of all time. They'll erect monuments of him, name ships & schools after him, just make it seem like his presidency was a utopia. Meanwhile it's an absolute train wreck & the guy is batshit clueless watching fox news all day, shitting on our institutions and constitution.

The only thing that will somewhat fix this mess, at this point, is seeing him impeached. But Trump's done a good job at creating this whole deep state conspiracy and denigrating the FBI, war heroes, free press, career civil servants etc. Yea, a disgrace.

Other than Trump, it's hard for me to think of someone I actually hate. I legitimately hate him.

And fuck his mile race.
