I really have no idea how to fix that. I'm not sure if it's a matter of structure or a matter of mobility/body position in terms of correcting that. Probably strength too since even if I were to lower my hips and straighten my back, when I'd start to lift I'd still get to the same position and lift the same, so...

Well kind of... I used to squat all winter long in there, I just didn't film too much.

And yeah my deadlift is "OK" but you can see I bend my back a lot in there... it's very ugly.

It's not that easy. There are structural factors, sleeping vs active muscles, flexibility issues, previous/current injuries and so on and so forth that factor in quite a bit in determining what is going to happen in terms of bending or knee vs hip bend.

Do you recommend a different nutritional approach is one is to use this method vs. if he isn't?

For example, if a guy is doing 3x5 now and eats say 200g of protein per day, if he's going with 3x5 +1x20, would you change that protein intake quite a bit or just a little more protein intake?

I think the reality is that in T-Dub's case, that first leg that he plants LOADS a lot muscularly, also spends more time than the left leg on the ground and therefore contributes more muscularly and it kind of loads more due to the twisting occuring onto it as well which, in my opinion, helps "stress" the CNS and recruit more muscle.

When you see adistarhj do squats (albeit quarter) with 140 you know you need to squat 400 lbs.

As for the sprints, I think you're right. Although I heavily hiperventilate and feel really sick after a few sprints. I'm lately kind of jumping forward instead of up so I need to work on that as well.

Yeah I know... I think I'll use the powerjumper as a "weight vest" (in terms of overload) for the two leg jumps (two leg bounds), but it won't work on the single leg bounds due to the non-jumping staying bent and under you so it shortens the power jumper canceling it's tension.

I wonder what happens if I bound on one leg with a med ball in hands? (haha) I should try to somehow switch to a double arm swing... I'll see what I can do.

My usual plyo workout is 3x30m sprint, single leg bounds on my left leg for about 3 or 4 sets of 20m and then 5 double leg bounds for 4-5 sets.
