Because I live in Jersey, and am a fulltime college student, alcohol is a part of my life.

(I hate t-nation as much as the next guy, but they have good articles and I don't consider Alan Aragon part of them)

http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sex_news_sports_funny/a_muscleheads_guide_to_alcohol_1

http://www.weightlosssurgerychannel.com/breaking-wls-news/alcohol-may-curb-weight-gain-study-shows.html/

Discussion? Seems like alcohol is a better choice than soda if you aren't in the mood of drinking water.

That's obviously not you because I don't see any high socks and you can't dunk without them.

I hate podcasts and audio shit.
They hate you too.

If the interviewer wasn't shooting up heroin while he was doing the interview I might have gotten more out of it.

"Anyone who says that full squats are "bad for the knees" has, with that statement, demonstrated conclusively that they are not entitled to an opinion about the matter. People who know nothing about a topic, especially a very technical one that requires specific training, knowledge, and experience, are not due an opinion about that topic and are better served by being quiet when it is asked about or discussed. For example, when brain surgery, or string theory, or the NFL draft, or women's dress sizes, or white wine is being discussed, I remain quiet, odd though that may seem. But seldom is this the case when orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, physical therapists, or nurses are asked about full squats." - Mark Rippetoe

Newb: Got any good ab exercises?
Rip: Got any better questions?

I can just imagine the old man rambling.
