In the SVJ, try to extend a lot on spot (you actually BEND and then bend some more to jump) - so try to extend on your toes, then quickly bend quite a bit and jump. You will jump higher.

In your running VJ you should use your arms WAY better, I mean, you can do that right now but you need to emphasize the arm swing quite a bit at this point in time.

Also, choose some lighter shoes if possible, these look huge/unresponsive.

I think it looks a bit better but you still don't compress well and keep a pretty high center of gravity. But then again, at your strength levels...

If Louie put 1000lbs on a average player's squat in the off-season, they ain't coming back no Kobe.

Well no, they wouldn't, because it takes skill to be Kobe. It depends on what you're talking about: athleticism or basketball skill. Different things, although related.

Also, regardless of how strong you make a guy, he's still going to have the same structure, limb lenghts, tendons, so on and so forth, but strength is an alterable quality and helps with athleticism.

So you have to bear that in mind.

Well I had 4 frames of GCT at 25 fps so 4x0.04 = 0.16s, but it's not like I used a super slow-mo to determine my exact GCT. :D

If you're fond on olympic lifts you're probably good suited to use these as potentiation stuff in low volumes. Also, for me personally, deadlifting in very low volumes/heavy weights has had a delayed potentiation effect (usually 2 days after the deadlift day I jumped very high).

5227
I'd go with very low volumes at high intensity every day. But it would probably burn you if you're not used to it. Whatever you do, don't jump too far away from what you'd normally do if you weren't peaking.

Now you need to keep on improving strength, since you seem to have improved on your movement efficiency in jumping.
