Tomorrow i’m doing a late-signup 5k race. I already have ~82 miles or so this week.

I kinda feel like i’ll run pretty fast tomorrow. I feel very light/bouncy. A little weak but, after some rest, who knows.

Might get to 100 miles this week. That’d be the first time i’ve ever done that.

Also, once my mileage gets up into the 90’s, my weight starts dropping FAST. Been planning on getting up into “elite mileage” for a while, want to see what happens.

Ok off to sleep. PC!

At the very end of the run, last 0.5 mi left .. I hit a speed bump really hard, dead on with my ankle, hyper-dorsi-flexed. Got really lucky, I never have my ankle in that ROM. Doesn't seem to be injured, though we'll evaluate tomorrow.

It was very dark, and those speed bumps are simply "road" bumps, not a different color/etc. Blend right in.. fu*k.

I jogged my 800m out to a mile afterwards, just checked the data: still finished with a 5:47! cool! hah.

still finished with a 5:47 mile, jogged after the 800m to finish it out.. hah. cool. next time: try harder. felt fine tbh .. was interesting. I was thinking about how good I felt.

shit is so mental.

I agree.... but then again no one knew if he was trying to pull back for a midrange or what....  or going to try to launch a 3.... it was just a strange sequence

sure, that confusion is legit. but, i think once he starts dribbling it out, if you're one of those players with solid bball IQ, just call timeout while JR is dribbling with his back turned to the basket.

Quote
lebron try to call time out with .5 sec left ....

yea, he realized it with like 1.5 left then pointed to Hill, then called timeout.

LEBRON's bball iq = legit. Everyone else was a deer in the headlights.

Quote
he actually had a really good look within .3 sec of grabbing that rebound but right away kd swarmed them, considering how slow this guy reacts he prob woulda got blocked by kd anyway....

ya I think the likely scenario is he gets blocked by KD and it's loose/scramble, goes to OT.

but ya, being that close, go right back up with it or call timeout so you can get it to LEBRON coming out of the timeout.

Quote
but he was prob lying saying he knew score was tied OR he is just pretty slow minded..... maybe both.... that game where he hugged jason terry middle of the game he also said he forgot about it or he doesn't remember.... again he was lying or just semi braindead....

He definitely didn't know. I don't believe him for a second. That was a dribble scramble as if they were up.

Can't blame him for trying to cover up for himself right now. Hopefully he comes clean after the Finals at least :D

Stephen A Smith did a "piece" today on ESPN about how he blames JR's "off the court activities" (weed smoking) and such. IMHO that's trashy. Plenty of intelligent people smoke weed, lol. The end of that game itself, with that overturned call etc, just compounded everything, confusion everywhere. Even Thompson's ejection was confusing.. Just a wreck.

Feel bad for JR tho, solid o-rebound then stupid mistake. People will blame him but, like I commented while watching the game, so many blown defensive possessions by CLE - not getting back, leading to 3's etc. People keep giving Lue credit but, I think he's a weak coach.

I'm not really annoyed with JR, at all. What he did doesn't bug me one bit.

JR got an offensive rebound after that Hill missed FT, preventing GSW from calling a T/O and setting up a Durant/Curry dagger.

As soon as JR got that rebound and started dribbling it out, EVERYONE ON CLE, INCLUDING LUE, should have been calling for timeout.

They had 4+ seconds.

That's a bigger failure on CLE than it is JR IMHO. Sure he screwed up but, *everyone* around him screwed up as well.

So all of the JR talk i'm seeing, putting it all on him etc, is just nonsense IMHO.

HE GOT THE REBOUND. EVERYONE CALL TIMEOUT.

The refs fucked this one up. Such a disappointing way to end the game. CLE should be up 1-0

seriously man. i haven't felt this annoyed after a sports event in a long time.

i mean who knows, maybe they lose to a Curry 3 at the end etc.. but, refs gave GSW some enormous gifts. Changed the game significantly IMHO. I'm not just saying that because I wanted CLE to win .. those calls were AWFUL.
