You might move differently. Your last step might also lengthen as you will automatically (as you increase strength with that weight) search for more voluntary power and more ROM if you will.
If that's good or bad, I don't know. But as I've seen, you have a pretty short last step so it shouldn't be too bad in your particular situation.
