I don't know where to get any and usually these sites that sell them don't ship in Romania and I have to ask if anybody is willing to buy them and send them to my address and I will pay them through paypal (as a donation or whatever the means for that, eventually with some additional money for the effort).

You tell me! I wear nothing but short shorts, the way they're supposed to be anyway, short you know, they give you so much movement freedom. It's been a LONG while since I wear "long" shorts. I find those restrictive and retarded, just a fashion accessory.

I wonder what kind of jump it uses? Unilateral? Bilateral? Quadlateral?

Yo Andrew, I went in the park and did a little plyo workout, did some LR jumps with the baby ball (size 1), some jumps with the small ball (size 5) and I'm telling you, these were downright ugly. Whenever I plant I feel this total "overwhelming lazyness" occuring and my jump is bye-bye. Also, when I did consecutive jumps to the rim (standing on spot) I was landing in a totally different place after each jump and basically I was out of reach from the rim altogether after 3 or 4 jumps.

Any idea on how to fix this stuff ^^^? On a jump or two I remembred you talking about jumping the best when you tried to jump backwards and it worked, I really jumped well, but then I turned back to my old self with sucking.

How would you go along correcting all this stuff, all this uncoordinated jumping, and "lazy" jumping (immediately after I forcefully plant is like a "force" magically sucks away all my might, I know it sounds retarded but that's how it feels).

You still need to drive your "neck" or back of head into the bar in your squats. You have this tendency to lean forward or letting your chest collapse. At least, this is what I constantly see out of your videos. Otherwise, the squat looks better than the last video I saw from you.

You look "heavy" in that video, I'm not kidding or anything, your legs look big or something.
