Yeah keep driving that full squat up, if your form allows it and you improve form over time you'd have a better muscle gain stimulus than what you'd get from half squats + assistance exercises in my opinion.

150x5 half squat :personal-record: at 84.6 kg

Some guys use the hook grip because they dont want to tear the biceps tendon, as the hand thats reversed in the mixed grip puts it in more danger, especially if there is reason to think that their tendons might not be coming along as fast as the muscles.  Some use it because its comfortable, and they feel they can get a higher start with it.

Ouch. Undercover steroid junkie shot by Lance.

Whatever man, you're too nitpicky. Unless it's a blatand travel (like REALLY taking three steps with the ball in your hand) I say that's not a travel.

And the fact that you eurostep or not is irrelevant as long as you take only 2 steps.

135x5 :ibsquatting: :personal-record: at 82.5 kg BW (!)

Actually I think it was 136 kg since I also used the metal stops for the plates which weight about 500g each. So that makes 300 lbs x 5 reps. :ibjumping:

WTF are you talking about vag? Wade dribbled the ball, received the ball while on his left leg, took right - left and finished with a layup. Right+left = 2 steps.

Why would the eurostep be a travel (the one that Wade performed)? I mean wtf? He took two steps and layed it in?
