SENEGAL!! 2-1

What a mistake by Japan's goal keeper in the first half, tries punching it out instead of grabbing it .. punches it right to a Senegal player who bumps it in.

Great match so far.

Watching England vs Panama and it's a corner kick, what the fuk is wrong with panama, their idea of marking a man is have their arms around him and when the corner was shot they are literally holding their mark and one that got away SCOOOORREESS. LOL.

damn. 6-0. lol.

22 June 2018

Bodyweight@session : ??
Soreness : none
Injuries/aches : none

RUN 7km @ 51'9''

Wanted to do the adarq super-slow thing. Goal pace was 7'30''/km , went a little faster in the beginning but regulated after the first 3 km.
It kinda worked: run was very easy and effortless, I did not get tired at all and felt pretty fresh at the end, with resources to run more, easily.
Next 'milestone' goals: 1 hour duration, 10km run.

sounds about right! should feel great from a run like that, especially the day after. i usually feel like i'm ready to fly the next day after very light runs.

nice!

OMG germany risk going out of the world cup until 30 seconds left and a free kick and kroose saves them with a goal. especially with 10 men only.

such a great match. I was so hoping for germany another great team to go through.

now argentina.

ya and like you said, only 10 men.

incredible.

oh

my

god.

GER/SWE was INSANE. what a match. What a goal by GER in the 94th minute. That was magnificent.

Also, one awful missed call early in the game, that could have come back to haunt SWE, fouled in the box, no call.

- run 6 km in 30:30, walk/jog 0.4km in 3:30

- squat 80 x 5

- stretch

played it reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally conservative with the squats. first time under the bar in over a year. my shoulder is jacked up.

damn sucks. just supporting the bar in that position, makes it feel wrecked? Pretty sure mine would feel wrecked as well (for a while at least), getting back into that position: hurts just thinking about it.
