ya i was just showing that to a bunch of people, looks pretty legit to me, i don't see much camera angle at all other than it being crooked, that shit is unreal..
judging from darlington's reaction, it had to have been near PR level for him.. i don't see him get that excited usually..
As for the weights , i wanted to tell you all the time lately but i kept forgetting it:
I think you should do some MSEM shit!
Its not strength training , its performance enhancement. You would fly with their stim/power effect , and you of all people are the most fanatic MSEM fan!
So cmooon , dont be narrow minded , get under the bar
it's not like i don't think about it every day
i've kind of been wanting too again, but, im going to ride no weights for a longer time.. it's that 'addiction feeling' creeping back in, i can't have that on my mind !! i'm going to keep going hard with no plans of touching weights, because even though i don't feel that 'stim' that i had from msem/lifting, my body does feel alot better and my hamstring tendon is less beaten down by what im doing, although the pmghr's are stressing it a bit.
but ya i have to keep 'weights' off of my brain in order to make 'no-weights' work
