Some rough estimations : whole head above rim = 12'' above rim MINIMUM , looks like he is neck height and leaning down too , so it should be like 15''. 10' - 6'4'' = 44'' So if thats a 10' rim and he is 6'4'' that was 56'' minimum , probably 59'' is more realistic... WTF??? Im dizzy now...

Planned to do DLRVJs/PR for plyo today. Ate big yesterday , light today , worked , i was 198 but feeling powerfull like when 200+, filled up caffeine , all ready! Weather was sunny and damn hot again , everything perfect.

As for the weights , i wanted to tell you all the time lately but i kept forgetting it: I think you should do some MSEM shit! Its not strength training , its performance enhancement. You would fly with their stim/power effect , and you of all people are the most fanatic MSEM fan! So cmooon , dont be narrow minded , get under the bar

i've kind of been wanting too again, but, im going to ride no weights for a longer time.. it's that 'addiction feeling' creeping back in, i can't have that on my mind !! i'm going to keep going hard with no plans of touching weights, because even though i don't feel that 'stim' that i had from msem/lifting, my body does feel alot better and my hamstring tendon is less beaten down by what im doing, although the pmghr's are stressing it a bit.
but ya i have to keep 'weights' off of my brain in order to make 'no-weights' work

Yes , i was absolutely sure its exactly like that! I just thought that if it wasnt you that decided to go back to lifting but someone else "convincing" you , you would allow yourself to do it. Plus the MSEM "trick" , which is not traditional lifting. Hah , both tricks failed , strong personality! No more weights talking , youre having awesome progress without them anyway , probably will be there by August again...

INTERVALS: - 10x80m sprints at ~40% - 5 mins rest - 10x80m sprints at ~40% Nice and easy , not really sprints , like ~25sec running - ~35sec rest. Still weighted 2lbs less after session , its too hot so im sweating like crazy!

Damn , when i saw that pic my jaw dropped , then i read that youre between cam and rim. Still , trying to normalize the distortion and watching the other pics too , i think all those jumps are 11'' to 12'' above. So its 34 to 35 consistent , thats no joke at all!!!
