Ab Wheel - a couple sets, dropping from standing to kneeling
Barbell Curl
30 x 12 + 20 x 8

Just a quick one to get some cardio + extra volume on target areas in.

Despite low rest and basically every set taken to 9/10 RPE, the "session RPE" was low, guess b/c I'm well fed and not been training a lot.
