10/18/13 Friday BW=158.4
squat 5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 3x3x225
barbell lunge 5x135, 5x165, 5x185, 5x195
calf raise 180# 3x20
gravity boots 3x25
my back is still feeling tight. 225 was going up easier tho.
My plan is to not go heavier then 225 for a bit and keep adding reps.
squat 5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 3x3x225
