oooh, i may have asked that before, forgive me if i forgotcool, ya video analysis would be best.. i remember seeing some really weird vert measuring device, which hooked some kind of tape measurer to your waist, but i don't see how that could work due to horizontal displacement.. was odd, need to find the link for it again one day, i've never seen anyone use it anywhere.
