11/2/12 Saturday BW=158.4
squat 6x135, 2x185
bench 10x135, 10x175, 10x185, 8x195
calf raise 20x180, 2x20x200
ab wheel roll outs 3x15
my back is wasted.
It feels fine playing basketball. I've been stretching everything. all is well. This morning I am at 90% easy.
But I can't squat 185 without tweaking my lowerback.
I guess feeling good is not an indication healing up at all. Time to take a step way back.
