He says to work on good technique during an exercise, go lighter perhaps, and practice that, but that is making the weaker muscles in the movement stronger anyway.. he says this isn't about strength it's just about the motor patterns, but they are tied together.. I used to have valgus collapse during leg presses and squats but practicing with good form has completely cured that. I would say all I did is proper strength training with good form, which is also neuromuscular training.
Why do you think anyone cares what you have to say about anything?
