but to be fancy and specific it's a grass fed new york strip, cheesy free run scrambled eggs cooked in grass fed butter, and a kale slaw with a dressing with avocado mayo, dijon, olive oil, mct oil, lemon juice, herbs, etc etc

light but long run day.

cold worsened early on, but alot better a few hours after run. snotted out so much stuff.. was mindblowing. felt alien how much stuff kept building up in my nose.  :o :uhcomeon:

soreness = none
aches/injuries = left patella tendon barely before run, slightly after (at times), left medial hamstring tendon insertion barely
other = cold worse early on, better later on
calves painful to touch/massage = much less so lately (right more so)
cramping = none
morning quad flexibility = loose
morning hamstring flexibility = loose, less clicky
morning calf flexibility = loose, less thick
morning adductor flexibility = loose
toenails: 2 on left foot, 2 on right (black)
feel = ok but tired
hours sleep: 8
wakeup = 06:30 AM

12:00 PM: food: whole foods: berry smoothie + whey protein
03:00 PM: food: big bowl of chicken soup, french bread, water

08:00 PM: food: 1/2 turkey + avocado wrap, jalapeno chips, rxbar, water

One reason i'm impressed with Tsitsipas .. In the Rogers tournament, he's gotten through 4 straight top 10 opponents. Thiem, Djoko, Zverev, and now Anderson. That's not normal, and you can see why from the way he plays. Kid is very impressive.

Really hope he gets to play Nadal.

I really haven't seen anyone.. Zverev seemed like he was a possibility.

Some new guy i'm watching right now (from GREECE!), Tsitsipas, is crazy impressive. This dude gets everything in. If he wins against Anderson, he'll probably be going up against Nadal. I really want to see him face off against Nadal. If he gets that win, we might have a contender.

I have another apprenticeship interview on tuesday.  If I get in ill work a ton, pay off my student loans n what not and just save up for equipment.
