Instead, 2 days ago one friend happened to be in the gym and he told me I had my bar tilted to one side while squatting, pretty badly. Now obviously I couldn't feel that on my back but I kind of expected it... I'm not sure though if it's because of my right knee pain or because of my left hip pain. Haven't asked him to where it was tilted (left or right).

It could also be because I load the left leg (MUCH stronger quad there) more than the right leg (weaker quad).

I think that's one (if not THE) reason why squat-built athletes (think Squat DR, Kingfish, acole) plant their both legs at the same time - because they don't have a CLEAR stronger leg on which to plant and rotate into their jump.

I know... but luckily I am a very "leg driven squat guy" so... it shouldn't happen.

Of course. The only concern I have is if they are from real people giving honest reviews or from accounts made by those companies that sell the products and are in to give positive reviews on their own products.

Cool, will start to use it when I feel it's necessary, thanks.

I'm approaching the point in my squat where using the belt would allow me to progress in weight and not using it will make me stall (it should happen at 115-120 kg). What would you do? Use the belt and continue to progress in the squat or not use it and try to increase your squat without a belt?

To me - the belt gives additional core strength and it allows for the legs to actually fail instead of the back, so it makes sense to use the belt, plus it gives some additional safety. Not sure about it though. If I will decide to use the belt then I will keep my warmup reps beltless and only use the belt during work sets.

I have taken a look here:

http://supplementreviews.com/categories/protein/whey-protein

And it appears the products from "Optimum" are highly regarded. The question bears if the reviews are real or if the manufacturers have made some accounts to rate their own products high on these sites so they can sell them better...

Any idea?

So, after going  down on the weight and finally achieving good form on full squats, why are you doing only halfs on both free and box squats?
It looks like you are scoobychau-ing a bit , you have lance and stevenmiller advicing you with patience and in detail how to improve your full squat and you keep going back to halfs!
Just saying...

Because he's at a beast level of strength already and needs to train with more specificity now.

Hey Lance, if someone's goal is strictly SLRVJ's and sprinting, wouldn't it be more beneficial for this person to try and be as hip dominant as possible and try to get way in front of the line in this force vector test?

Also with the added benefit of lowering knee problem risks?

Yes you want to be hip/glute dominant for single leg, but the goal of the test is to teach you how to do the sv without wasted movement, regardless of dominance.  No matter where you land, the most efficient vertical goes straight up.

Like the vertical bar path in a hump powerclean, right?

Another question, can you recommend another forearm exercise I can throw into my workout routine?

Don't tempt me.

I dont think that picture is optimal for everyone, it was only to show that there are many different opinions on squats than what rippetoe preaches has to happen.

Um... there are?

Knees point ahead?

Wish me luck going lower than half squat depth with my knees pointing straight forward...
