What, hip thrusts with 250-300 lbs? Probably works if you have the technique set down and you can really control the weight.

I find your log the hardest log to follow because you write so much in it each time (much like what Avishek is doing). So I just see how much is written and go "nah... I don't want to read all that" and just pass on. But hey, who cares about what I do, right? Just thought I'd say this.

I do respect your passion and dedication though.

ball of foot getting ready for toe off. Yes it's more "dangerous" but in reality it's just breaking? down the tissue more and therefore needs more nutrients in order to heal.

I get pretty sore glutes from RDLs believe it or not - it was weird when it happened - but I do exaggerate the "hip thrust" at the end of the movement (I'm doing the same with squats as well).

120822 Circuit Training upper body 30 min

Regular lifting with short rest time... hoping to lose fat.

It will still depend a lot on your nutrition. And then the question comes - what are you training for right now - strength gain or fat loss?

1) There's a dunks thread for this stuff

2) Who cares if he's black or white? Plenty of sick jumpers are white. It shouldn't be that amazing really.

bc have longer legs and shorter torso, hence more leverage on take off, also more a bit more testosterone and levels of fast twitch fiber
