2/25/14 Tuesday BW=162.2
front squat 3x165, 2x185, 5x5x180
barbell lunge 3x135, 5x175, 5x195, 5x205
calf raise 240# 3x15
did some jumps pre-workout. no bounce what so ever. On top of that I don't feel like I have any power at the moment.
Horrible. Luckily I am jumping with lots of room for progress.
Almost didn't lift tonight but this week will suck for "me" time so I pushed it out anyway. good stuff.
