Hi guys. I am new in here.

AGE: 16
HEIGHT: 6"0
WEIGHT: 146lbs
wingspan: 6"1
SLEEP SCHEDULE: 10:00pm- 6:30am
BODY TYPE: Athletic but kind of skinny. 8.9% body fat (little belly fat...) Asian
GOALS: dunk with two hands before next summer
CURRENT ABILITY: only dunked with one hand two times. standing vertical 29" running vertical one leg: 31" two legs: 30"
INJURY HISTORY: None
TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: Bodyweight work-out only.
CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM: Only play basketball serveral times a week
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: Everything except fastfood, no drinks, no smoke or drug.
IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES: Taking weight trainning at school this year

What should I do? How am I going to design a program that fit myself.
My upper body is weak... I only bench 130lbs....

Soreness : calves & abductors 2/5 , quads & glutes 4/5

DOMS hit me hard as expected , so i went to the park and did up-tempo bball stuff for ~1 hour for recovery.
Did a few rim jumps at the end of the session , max SVJ = 26'' , max dropstep = 30'' , max DLRVJ = 31''.

Where did you have the weight held in the box pistol squats? In front or on the back? In hands or on the back?

22 / 44 lbs = 1/2x10kg DBs in front ( just like you would hold the bar for a front squat ).

58 lbs = 2x10kg DBs in front + DB loaded backpack on my back.

-5 reps each leg @ BW + 22lbs
-5 reps each leg @ BW + 44lbs
-5 reps each leg @ BW + 58lbs
-5 reps each leg @ BW + 58lbs
*Right leg needed assistance @ 58lbs load

WALKING LUNGES:
3x8 each leg @ BW + 44lbs

SINGLE LEG STANDING CALVE RAISES:
3x15 each leg @ BW

out of absolutely nowhere, was jumping very well. several easily at 32, one at 32.5, one possible 33. but i've never had that much consistency at that height. so call it a volume PR if nothing else.

I am absolutely sure you will have many sessions like that from now on.
If no major derails happen I expect you to be at 36'' or so before xmas, no BS!

Went to the park and shot around for ~1 hour ( mixed shooting - dribbling - layups - dunk attempts ).

Nothing special , max RVJ ~32.5'' , ball palming sucked too so no dunks.

Went to the park and shot around for ~1 hour ( mixed shooting - dribbling - layups - dunk attempts ).

Was feeling very powerful so i caffed up for some great stuff , unfortunately all the rims were taken except from the worse one ( 9'8'' - ultra dusty - bad lighting ).  :pissed:

Went great again , efficiency improvement is steady. 32'' was effortless , 33-34 repeatable. Dunking 9'8'' is a joke, no fun though , no inner drive too. Only kinda fun was off the backboard dunks and dropstep 2-handers.

After 45 minutes my standard 9'10'' rim got free. 33'' still repeatable , few hard one-handers , couple of 2-handers and a sick monster dunk miss off the backboard , i literally thought the rim would break  , all the pick up games stopped to see what happened.  :headbang:

This dunking efficiency improvement is fun and all but i gotta get myself back to the gym!

* i am consistently jumping 2-3" below wrist above the rim with the ball on my SVJ 2 hand dunks after i get a good warmup. no more vids of my SVJ dunks until i can figure out another way to dunk.

i get 80 billion troll-detection points for knowing sickenin was a troll six months before anyone else knew his true self. i used up 30 billion of them missing the point of everyone calling jcsbck a pedophile, but gained 20 billion bonus points for getting that thread back on track with pictures of hot chicks. i used 30 billion points missing the fact that raptor was obviously trolling until several hours after i'd posted.

therefore, i still have 40 billion troll-detection points, more than anyone else on this site.
