Caffed up dunks session.
Only the 9'8'' rim was available , WTF!  :pissed:
I hate low rims , but session went great. Caffeine makes sooo much difference!
-Getting efortless 3''-4'' below wrist@rim ( 32'-33''' ).
-80% success on cuffed one handers off the dribble. ( Previous best was 20%, silly PR is silly )
-100% success on 2-handers off the dribble, getting some power on them now. Not able to hang after dunking though.
-Full runup palmed dunks ( no dribbles , ball in hands ) ridiculously high and powerful.

Fitness/shape is probably better than ever. Feels good...
Also measured my RHR in the morning , 44 !

D1 stuff is way out of my league , i am just training for fun and my knowledge is just what i've been reading those past years , i am neither certified nor knowledgeable enough to advice you on what you need to do to make it to D1.
I recommend you to talk with Lance in here ( adarqui is too busy to look into journals lately ), make a new topic in Q/A section (http://www.adarq.org/forum/sts-qa/) asking  all the things that concern you , you will get a very useful and fast feedback.

If you ask me , i would say its more than safe , its a sure success. You're gonna have to pay for that though...
There are many awesome ( free ) templates in here and in Kelly's site. If i were you i would follow some of them first ( since you are a beginner )  and go for the personal coaching/individualized templates later , when more advanced so you really need them...

Take a look at the 'START HERE' page ( http://www.adarq.org/forum/performance-training-blog/starting-point-the-place-you-should-go-when-first-visiting-this-website/ ) , fill the questionnaire so people can see your training background/level , then people here will propose some good templates for you...

Kelly Baggett is NOT considered fake in here , most of the people respect him a lot.
Even JC that doesn't, has more problem with the Maroko affiliation than Kelly himself as a coach/product designer.
Also , Kelly is a regular poster in this forum and hes helped ( a lot ) many people of this forum.

Just saying...  8)

Injuries/aches : hip flexors too stiff/tight , quads still stiff
Soreness : none

Bball practice.
Endurance and bounce suffering a bit , CNS and leg muscles feeling unrecovered but everything still up to par.
Vert felt good , did only one rim jump at warmups and got 31'' dropstep.
Checked my status last year ( bball practices + ME jump sessions ) , it seems i am getting 1 to 1.5 inches higher on everything.

Injuries/aches : shins bugging slightly.
Soreness : quads feeling very stiff.

1.5 hour of low tempo bball stuff , mostly shooting practice.
Only 2 rim jumps , both dropsteps at ~30''and one hard dunk @ 9'8'' rim.

Later:
Loooong lower body stretch routine , legs felt amazingly better after that.

Bad light majorly affects me , adarq too.
Doesn't even have to be dark , just less light is enough to cause 2-3'' loss.
Weird thing is everything feels normal , runup , speed , plant , power... but the jump is lower.

so weird. it's exactly the same for me, everything felt good but i just wasn't getting very high. i wonder what causes that?

Adarqui says it's CNS.
Its a good speculation , otherwise we just have to admit we are pussys  :P
