That's why I wrote only the plant. If someone has ever used it, they'd know about it.

^Agreed,  ME sprints above 60m kill my hamstrings too. Also RDLS and straight leg DLs, especially with the latter i have experienced the worse hamstring soreness ever.

Yeah I should start doing straight leg deadlifts again. I'm not sure how well I maintain my back straight during these though. Do you go all the way to the ground?

I laughed when I read "horrible hamstring soreness".

How the hell do you get that. I haven't had hamstring soreness... EVER. I don't know how it feels like. I've had some hamstring fatigue/MILD soreness even after natural GHRs... but never "horrible hamstring soreness".

What to do to get that?

wtf... it looked kinda hard at the start so I thought it would be really really hard... of course I knew she was going to make it because of the video title but otherwise I would've thought she stops at around 6 or so.

Ya thats why I posted it, I didnt see her getting 20 after those first 2 at ALL, she showed some heart there for sure.

Plus she looks nice both from behind and from the front :P

It depends on what you understand as "plyos" and how much of an explosive deficit you have (strength vs actual display of strength).

If you have a big squat and you still kinda jump low for your strength then you might focus more on plyos. Also, again, plyos could mean a handful of things.

To make yourself an idea about where you are use the VJ calculator on Kelly's site (it works really really well for me):

http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/verticaljumpcalculator.html

What I refer to by plyos are depth jumps, bounds and maximal jumps to the rim.
