If I enter my bodyweight in kg and put 150 at the full squat number I get 29.59 "cm" haha
What is lacking right now is a "cm" or "inch" thingy. For example at the desired vert it doesn't say if it's cm or inches. For the output thing it says cm but if you enter bodyweight and full squat max it displays the VJ in inches but says "cm" next to it.

Yeah, I mean - the total TUT and total hypertrophy are the same, with the added bonus of better technique while using 5 reps IMO

Yeah squat to VJ like the one on Kelly's site would be a great tool and it would be fun too. For me it has always been accurate.

Yo Kingfish, what do you think of 8x5 vs 4x10 for hypertrophy?
I am currently doing 8 sets of 5 reps to get to 40 reps, and the thinking behind that is that I can maintain perfect form and concentration doing only 5 reps per set. The rest periods in between sest is about 30s to 1 minute. Do you think there are any issues with that mindset for hypertrophy vs going with a 4x10?

Also watch your position when sitting at a computer. Chest stretches etc could help as well.

They look pretty good. I think the form was actually better with the heavy weight, with the light weight you were rounding your lowerback but you probably were getting really really low vs the heavy weight.

Yeah if it's more than 5 degrees it's probably going to change the mechanics too much to have a good carryover to regular sprints (I'm talking about forward downhill sprints).
For backward downhill sprints - it's just an exercise for calf hypertrophy.
