had a dream last night that i was running from the FBI through some beautiful green fields and forest.

it's just soy. the only thing where it has strong evidence of benefit is reducing cholesterol. so if you're worried about that, carry on. if not then waste your money on something else.

Unless I'm mistaken, these guys are talking about pure glycine. Soybean is certainly not 100% glycine, more like 2% w/w. Maybe the name has confused you?
- used an odd bar today. had super rough knurling but spun heaps in my hands. grip felt weak and went mixed on top set.
barrage of strong videos. nice work on those paused speed squats! the last 3 reps of each set looked good, can really see you continuing to drive through.
Nice work man. I have never noticed the deadlifts from the plate before, have you been doing that long? and how are they working out?
