b-ball 1.5 hours

back squat paused 5x135, 5x145, 3x5x155
barbell lunge 135# 7,8,8
calf raise 180# 2x15
Did some indoor rock climbing for the first time this weekend and had a blast. I was able to free climb some of the stuff that more seasoned college aged climbers couldn't make the transition over. Good times.
Feeling pretty good this week, I was off last for vacation so I didn't get much done but did keep up on the mobility stuff.
Tried some deadlift's tonight, but it seems like my hamstring mobility is not there yet to get proper form w/o rounding my back.
I did get in a good run/ mini-bike push session in tonight after blowing a head gasket during a ride.
