6/21/14 Saturday BW=160.8
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
paused squat 5x135, 3x165(c), 2x185(c), 1x195(c), 3x5x190(c), 9X190
barbell lunge 6x165, 6x195, 6x205
Making some headway this week. Finally got 3x5x190 with chains. Pulled the chains off and got a clean 9 for the last set. Chains are definitely helping, I need to weigh them IIRC they are 25#s for the set?
I should be closing back in on 1.5x BW, if I am not there already.
