S1: full dips: BW @ 3 x 5
S1: SSBAR half squat: 75 lb. @ 3 x 20-25
S1: barbell curls: 45 lb x 20-25
S1: barbell overhead press: 45 lb. x 15-20
nice. first larger volume workout since i've been getting back.
felt good.
