Take a look at the program I made for Nightfly in his log, you don't need to read through all that post (although it might be interesting), look at the program at the end. You should be focusing on the glutes more if you really think you need it.

He's a high jumper... the same guy that dunked from behind the free throw line.
Apparently he's 6'5 @ 205 lbs with a deadlift of 512 lbs and a snatch of 190 lbs.

His form is terrible though, imagine what he would lift with proper form, at least in the snatch with the bar close to his body and not out like that.

One thing I'd do is when you press "mark read" on a subforum to be returned to that subforum instead of the main forum. Right now it returns you to the main forum. I usually press "mark read" and then search for my log in the logs subforum but now it just pushes me back to the main forum.
