Man I'm feeling great. I haven't touch a weight since last tuesday, but have stayed on the mobility stuff.
Did another 5k mud/obsticle run on saturday. I stayed with my team so I was far from flat out, but I most likely would have beat anyone in my heat.
This is definately the best shape I have been in when doing somehting like that! If life works out I will get the time to get back under the bar and make some progress.
Feeling almost mint on squats. second w/o with 185+ 25#'s of chain. 190 next time. I should hit my 225 mark by the end of this summer. Mobility is so much better in my hips. The flexion in my feet needs work. I think the calf raises actually set me back a bit there. Additionally 1 leg running take offs have improved, I damn near feel as good as I did in High school on that front. I know I need to get more complicated and put in more work but I am just not feeling it currently.
feeling worn down this week, skipped basketball on friday to get some more sleep. been working my quads, hamstrings and hips daily. and I am starting to feel a cumulative effect to all my work. progress for sure. My lifts are coming along and I am feeling near perfect lately!!!!
