strides: ~170m x 4 (w/ light jog back each rep)
S1: 3-5 sec paused dead hang {ng pullups, chinups, pullups}: BW x 8, BW x 7, BW x 6
S1: full dips: BW x 7, 6, 6
S1: ssbar half squat: 125 lb. x 10, 10, 10
S1: standing barbell curl: 55 lb. x 20, 15, 15
S1: standing barbell overhead press: 55 lb. x 15, 12, 10
