3-5 sec paused dead hang chinups: BW x 8
full dips: BW x 9
w/o 2:
- evening
farm life: 3 hours
3 sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 9
full dips: BW x 10

ssbar parallel squat: 125 lb. x 10
loving creating the front yard farm. so much fun.
tonight i put in a row of longevity spinach from cuttings.
prior to that, i harvested alot of longevity spinach, from one plant. was like a huge bush.
