Progress Journals & Experimental Routines / Re: Two Hands Two Feet

Here's the masterpiece of editing brilliance.

Pretty happy with the one handed reverse. Everything else is kind of standard. Legs felt relatively good today but not great. Did a few jumps of two feet but edited them out cause they're god awful. I should be able to do these vids every couple of weeks to track the progress which will be great.

You look so "big" out there... imagine yourself coming up with greater speed... you'd break out the backboard...

How strong are your calves and hamstrings?

Why did you do 2x275 and 1x280 after all that volume?

Looking really good vag. You still have a tendency to get to the toes a bit here and there but it looks very good overall.

Will be interesting to see what happens in the RDL.

10x4 as in setsXreps, or as in repsXsets?

Are you a guy who likes to do more sets with less reps, covering the same total volume as less sets with more reps?

I found out that doing 8 sets of 5 reps allows me to keep better form and intensity than doing 5 sets of 8 reps for example.

She has more than athleticism though... great reading the defenses, quickness, so on and so forth.

They probably have a bigger quad involvement IMO, just like one-leg depth jumps, do to their more vertical movements.

I was about to post that Bleic fight.

To me... it seems like when you hit the bottom of the lift you have a tendency to relax ... "mentally". Like you "give out" for just a split second and then reset your effort and start pulling up, especially the first few reps.

The other thing is your head position... I'd maintain a more "down-oriented" eye and head position instead of what you're doing now (basically trying to keep the spine, all the way up to the head, stationary). This also has the possibility of improving the hip drive.

What if you're stuck?
