usain is letting them beat him...he said it that he was allowing this year to be a rebuilding 1..i'm guessing he is lifting really hard or overtraining a lil or something...but i have seen him jog at the end and get a faster time

i thought he said he wanted to go undefeated?

there was  a press confrence that he said, if he was to get beat, it would be this year, cuz it's is non-championship...but next year he will be better than ever

def. doing something that is getting him better for next year, and not now...which i think is lifting weights really hard or overtraining to get better for later

the craziest thing is that they are grabbing rocks with a jump, putting full faith that it will hold their weight and they will catch and hold it...all without a safety rope, seriously you gotta be nuts

Ironically the guy in the video LBSS posted, Dan Osman, died when climbing WITH a rope.

damn, that is irony..

he obviously did'nt know how to use one then, cuz he went without 1 for so long

or it was a cheap ass rope..for me i'd have 2 ropes cuz i'm a lil scared

dude i'll trade you weight problems..i'd rather be fat cuz i workout soo much and so hard that weight is lost easily..i'm talking sprinting and what not

but your obviously on a mission from god to lose weight..i mean no one in their right mind would do 400's 10x!!!
unless you were going slow..but if you sprinted that, i'd say that even i would throw up and i have ran all my life and have yet to throw up from a practice

Oh and the cardio equipment is mostly used by the coaches :)

yes! some1 knows what i am talking about...if your a pro athlete why even waste your time with a treadmill? seriously go out there and sprint

they do TONS of sprinting during practices.. those treadmills could be used for warmups/cooldowns or for people who need extra cardio.


what is wrong with walking? it's the same as a treadmill except more natural
i feel that treadmills make you walk a little different, which can potentially hurt your knee, since a different walking always will lead to knee pain for a while

idk, i just don't like them
