i had to stay late at school yesterday finish hw. when i was done, i went to see what the 100m and 200m sprinters were doing. i didnt expect the coaches to be charlie francis or anything but this is ridiculous.
begining of practice- 5 min static stretching, no dynamic stretching ???
warmup- 2 kilometer jog. no that was not a typo
workout- sprint 200m, jog 100m, sprint 200m, jog 100m, etc repeated 10x
then they went to the weight room and i discretely followed
everybody did EMPTY BAR BOX SQUATS 5 sets 20 reps each set WTF
i was honestly considering doing track in the spring
guess thats not gonna happen
