I was off work for the last week on holiday. Busted up my leg dirt-biking last sunday so it was good to be off. Tried to get back at it a bit this weekend. It will be good thing for the school year to begin so I can get back to playing basketball regularly. seems I have gotten a bit chubbier this summer.

Busy weekend, so tired to keep my roll going by hitting a few reps. Despite it being late and feeling worn from the previous week, lifts felt crisp and solid. definitely getting my paused squat lock in.

I played ball, longer than expected (4 hours lol) then took a few hours to rest and went to lift.

sucks on the lower ab muscle, heal up quick.

I am humbled by your beastly ability to play ball 4 hours, then rest up and lift like you do.

All I have been doing lately is paused squats, I did jumps on Monday and felt supercharged. My rvj off concreate is back up to about
31"s. Best I have felt since oct 2013.

Still feeeling rundown and I am definately out of shape and a little soft. Tweaked my upper back on tuesday doing muscle ups on the rings. Luckily I am feeling 95% today, so by a week out it should be like it never happened. fingers crossed.

Finally feeling locked in on the squat which is major progress. Getting good hip pop out of the pause.

I think the pre-lifting banded hip work was not beneficial. I will save that for after workouts.

Making some headway this week. Finally got 3x5x190 with chains. Pulled the chains off and got a clean 9 for the last set. Chains are definitely helping, I need to weigh them IIRC they are 25#s for the set?

I should be closing back in on 1.5x BW, if I am not there already.

motivation level a bit higher. My DLRVJ jumps are improving as are single leg takeoffs. Jumping with the ball is better also

bi-lateral jumps have not really felt right since messing up my back, but getting better/easier.
