loving creating the front yard farm. so much fun.

tonight i put in a row of longevity spinach from cuttings.

prior to that, i harvested alot of longevity spinach, from one plant. was like a huge bush.

so much farm life, sore/fatigued everywhere today (15th).

aches/soreness: everything, glutes/hamstrings/forearms/hands especially.



w/o 1: morning
- plans to plant this bed I prepared got "rained out" for now, so did some dips.

full dips: BW x 9, 6, 5, 4
- nice! 9 is the most i've done since getting back into it.



w/o 2: i doubt it

- demolish bathroom floor x 2.5 hours
guy's coming tomorrow to put new tiles down and i had to rip up the old tile before he gets here. hammer, putty knife, chisel, and a lot of elbow grease. it's funny, i went to practice guitar just now and it was like i'd regressed three months. hands are just wiped out. carpenters are strong as shit, man.

ya they are. those "manual" jobs build some serious strength. my fingers/hands/forearms been wrecked lately from this farm life. pulling roots/weeds, digging holes, cutting down trees/branches.

years down the road might have some serious hand/forearm development .. jaja.

apparently he won CMA artist of the year. can see why.

hear alot of his stuff on the radio .. where i'm at, all of my normal stations don't get any reception .. i get some really good reception on a local country station though. lmfao.

house was shaking tonight.. apparently when pratt & whitney (12 miles away) tests fighter jet engines, it's pretty insane. i hear they do it infrequently and only for a few hours, unless we're at war (ie gulf level), then they test much more often.

seems like some serious power.

they make F135 engines, among other things. major there, apparently.
