putting in youtube videos doesn't seem to be working. it's happened to me a couple of times now: copy past the url, highlight, click the youtube button on the toolbar, post, "#invalid youtube link#."

Might have nothing to do with the forum change, it happened in the past too. Could have been the link you copied from youtube, sometimes it appears as http , sometimes as https.
If i remember well htpps won't work , you have to manualy delete the s. That's what i do and then preview before post to be sure.

also the weight_converter and 1RM_calculator icons aren't working for me, they just show up as text.

Feedback for andrew: they work fine at this machine, firefox 15.0.1, win xp pro SP2.

Went in the park. Shot around up-tempo for 1 hour. Quad not bugging, got in a few 26'' SVJs and 30'' RVJs easy but decided not to push at all.

-Quad was slightly bugging , it did not affect my squat though. Great form.

BENCH PRESS:

-154 still too heavy. Increased load for 15 rep finisher, it was a killer but happy to get all reps.

-Very strong! 15 reps finisher was harder than last time though, barely got it.

^ Yup, i saw that this is an indermediate state , just wanted to post how i see it.
Oh and i agree with your tactic , much better to go back to a clean state and build it from the beginning with a better architecture than trying to patch the old code. It would be full of bugs and unable to be updated next time needed. So im sure you have it in mind already but take your time and build it wise , always have future updates/plugins in mind. Might take a little longer to 'air' the 1st version but it's allways worth the wait. And after a long time when a major update will be implemented easily because of the work you've done you will feel god , been there! Nerd programers rant off, pc

This GUI is much more 'smooth' and 'pretty' as expected because it is a default scheme.
I like the previous one more though: Because it was customized , it was a hardcoded adarq.org theme. Seeing that scheme got my mind into training, it was like entering a different dimension opening adarq.org. Now coming in here feels like joining any other forum. Eventualy i will get used to this new GUI that looks better anyway, but i would prefer the old one synchronised/retouched.

Just mho.

FML, quad bugs, obviously wasn't ready for all those jumps.
Stretched the hell out of my legs today ( 30 mins or so , holding 90'' each position for each leg ) , then foam rolled IT band.

135?  I was squatting 135 in the video AND 225, both same form.

Regarding my squats, my 265 x 1 full squat, the form got messed up b/c i just PR'd on 255 and ran a full court bball game on bum ankle earlier.  But generally speaking, my form is the same for 0 lb and 255.   So I'm not being prideful and being above my head.  It would be stupid for me to drop down and a waste of my time.
