Stealing my glute line that I used towards Lance?

Simple question, is it true 2 legged jumps are quad dominant while 1 legged jumps are glute/ham dominant?  Or does it depend on lots of variables

Variables.

Adderall, Caffeine, Ephedrine, L-Tyrosine, "Bath Salt". Supplements typically used for anti depression/anxiety could be useful too (niacin, passionflower, kava, st john's wort), but they may put you to sleep and I wouldn't mix them with adderall, caffeine or ephedrine.

Focus Food is just caffeine and l-tyrosine. You can get those in pill/powder form and not have to eat a disgusting candy bar.

Nutrition & Supplementation / Re: protein intake limit per meal

Considering it takes hours for your body to digest the food and for you to "absorb" the protein anyway, the idea that you need 5-6 high protein meals a day is ridiculous.

Would road cycling/mountain biking give you even more knee pain?, considering it's non-impact on your knee joints but at the same time great for building up the knees.

How about starting out very low intensity, using it as a therapy tool, gradually increasing the resistance/tolerance?.

I would definitely give that a go.

I don't think going on a bicycle hurts my knees at all actually. I do it once in awhile while taking my dog out.
But the pain isn't hindering me from doing anything really, it's just annoying at this point. If I would start squatting frequently, it would start to hurt a lot more though as I just did this a month ago or so.

Cycling is pretty much quad/glute dominant. You will be hitting two birds with one stone as it will strengthen both your knee's & quads. Use cycling a conditioning tool as a lead up to your heavier barbell work & just maybe your knee's will be able to tolerate the squatting later on down the line, but make sure you start very light & get your technique down. If it was me with funny knee's, I would be putting in at least 2 weeks/month of cycling getting them strengthened up with cycling before any heavy barbell stuff.

Beast.

Gain 25 pounds then come back to us. Weight gain is even more important on benching.

If you have low testosterone, it will help with some of the sides of that (low libido, low energy, mood), but it won't help for muscle building purposes.

Haha... yeah, I haven't thought about transforming inches and feet and shit. So 130 inches = 10 feet? Sounds unlucky.

good catch

I've always wondered why you want a 47 vert, and not a 46 or 48?

not sure if serious

6'1" = 73"
73" + 47" = 120"
120" = 10'
10'= Rim Height

JC if you understand what I'm trying to ask why aren't you just answering the question?  How is this an impossible scenario?  It may be unlikely but theoretically I'm just asking what the outcome would be?

TWO GUYS PLAYERS A ND B - COMPLETELY equal height/weight/lower body power/body composition/skills, however player A has significantly more upper body strength than player B.  Who's the more effective player?

I didn't say strength from bench press, so please don't use your logic from before.  Just assume player A has a lot more upper body strength.  Who wins?

Player A wins by a slight margin

But it's still impossible.

Not impossible, just unlikely. Didn't you just counter your own argument saying improved upper body strength doesn't matter as long as u have the mass?

No, it's impossible. And I said before there were some advantages to being stronger, so that's why player A wins by a slight margin.

Haha you looked so much more ... "different" there. Intellectual vs. caveman.
