WEIGHT: ???
SORENESS: none
ACHES/INJURIES: head
MENTAL STATE: headache

- warm up

- skater jump x 20,20

- one-step RVJ x 5

- DLRVJ x 10 (submax)

- SL SVJ x 5,5

- glute activation stuff

- stretch

super pissed to have a headache because otherwise body felt good. no way to do max jumps (or squats or really much of anything) with that much pain though so i just did the above and bagged it. try again tomorrow.

Do you think it is a good idea to squat 5 times a week considering your recent knee issues.

strong question. seems like a lot of frequency to jump into.

^nah, it's fine a couple of inches below the wrist but beyond that it's not easy to tell or gauge progress .. plus no one wants to jump up and touch a target with their forearm, that's dumb.

lol check your journal.

you dont jump up to touch a target with your forearm (who does?)

adarq did that for years and is back to doing it again. and for those of us shorties who can't dunk reliably highest-touch is one of the (if not *the*) main training tools.

hit your wrist or forearm on the rim. measure from your fingertips to the point where you hit your wrist. the nerves in your arm are sensitive enough to know whether you hit 10" from the top or 11". problem solved.
