cavs won last year, in case people forgot. not saying that'll happen again, just saying let's not get ahead of ourselves.

SUNDAY.

MONDAY MORNING AT 5.

this is a pretty crazy clip.. dude gets way up off the dribble & runup/alley:

jesus who is that? the first dunk is insane.

^^^don't get cocky, remember how last year started.

well, off to the same start as last year. total annihilation. woke up at 5:30 to go watch the game at a buddy's house.

if your goal is to get below 15%, what are you waiting for re: dieting? what's your diet plan?

It's so time consuming and expensive to diet and get enough nutrition/protein tbh..... you have to make everything yourself: salads, oatmeal, chicken breast, and all that whole foods store stuff..... but i'm about to start

it helps to prepare stuff yourself, yeah, but you don't have to spend lots of money. if you're getting enough protein and veggies and few enough calories you're fine. making food in bulk helps: like make 5 pounds of pulled chicken and a ton of non-lettuce salad at the beginning of the week (bean salad, caroline-style cole slaw i.e. no mayo, red cabbage and orange salad) and just eat it until it's gone. there's a recipe thread on here with some good ideas.

or you can just eat out, but it's harder to do portion control and it's more expensive.

What area will you end up in? I'm pretty lucky in that I have 1 track a 5 min drive from home and another track a 10m drive from work. Now if only I could run...

Out in Coburg. Still have the same commute time except I'm on the tram now.

Yeah there's only two good tracks in WA apparently. Melbourne might have more athletic tracks per capita than most other cities outside of the US (where it felt like every HS I saw had a track/football field combo).

outside of the densest parts of cities, this is probably true. i miss it. there is one 400m oval in islamabad and it's inside the national stadium.
