what LBSS said, it's 4x10 depth jumps from around 30" box height, something that people shouldn't do unless they've been training for a long while :)

check out my "Instant RFD Part 1" article in blog section, it goes over a few of my shock experiments.

anyways, I came from VF, and my fav thing was the latest 10 posts feature. EASY way to see the new posts for the day...and for a large forum like this, it would help like hell...or you could also make threads w/ unread posts a diff color or something?
