nice..but using a tool+your own feelings can give you a far better read than simply just using your own feelings

Not in my opinion. If you think so thats cool. But I think to many things factor in on your readiness to train, so a measurement of HR is not very important if you ask me.

BUT, Im not 100% sure what HR availability is, so I could easily be wrong. Non the less, I would not use a tool like that anyways. I go by feel on my training and it has not let me down so far.

Sounds fun, but not something I would use. I go by feel and dont need a tool to measure for me.

Nightfly, from rules post. Only from 5RM or lower. Will update DL tomorrow.

Please post in the same format, so updating will be easier.

Straps are accepted
Belt is accepted

1RM can be calculated from 5 reps or lower with the following calculator:
http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html

Remember vid to prove your claim.

Remember to tape a weight measurement for the relative list. It does not necessarily need to be on the spot, but at least the same day. This is a must for the relative strength list.

Well you can only go as far as YOU can go...

Sorry what?

Meaning exactly that. You can only go as far as YOU (each individual) can go, depending on how strong you are. To get further away you need to get stronger, and that happens in time. Think about the distance traveled on the ab wheel as a weight in the squat.

I thought that was what you meant and in that case my reply to sickening goes for you as well. Less weight and full ROM instead of ego weight and less ROM.

None the less I still think its impressive.
