I meant feeling it more in a sore muscle sense, But I know what your saying. Actually things are great today.
Skipped b-ball today, so I focus on making progress on the squat.
1/28/15 Wednesday BW=165.6
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
paused squat 3x135, 1x185, 1x215, 1x230, 7x240 MSEM
I've been running sprints pre-squat work outs since it has been nicer outside. (the last 4 workouts) I'm getting a bit faster, feels good to add it back to the pre-workout dynamic stuff.
Feeling energized, been making steady progress the last month w/o getting worn down. moving and playing better.
