Thanks a bunch for your advice y'all. I do recall Kelly Baggett mentioning something about athletes who spend a lot of time in dorsiflexion rarely tend to be explosive. I think I'm just gonna follow Adarq's kickass warmup/cooldown routine <<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekLy0QtpDcE&p=ED967D14C8308D29&playnext=1&index=4>>. Btw, I wasn't able to figure out how to arrange my legs (haha that sounds gay as fuck) for the external rotator stretch; could I  replace it with this seated piriformis stretch? <<>>

dorsiflexing would make you more explosive, unless you don't use your calves at all or something

this guy went to my school, the coach who coaches girl's track, says that if he raced our fastest guy (aprox. 0.5 of a second faster than me) he would kill him in the 100m

this guy's 100m is 10.22 :o

but look @ this link http://isctrack.com/site/?p=218

question #5 is the most interesting, guy has a 2.7xbw squat :o       and bench is high 2

man, wish i could be better than him...i know we have a whole trophy case just for him, showing him at olympics...maybe i could get in there 2...for me it's all   :strong:

you said you were gonna make a video about your dunking journey?

that would be pretty sick..it depends how low are the first jumps? i mean if you went from mid 20's to what you have now would be a pretty tight and long journey....

i don't understand the cloud bro, what am i missing?

wtf 4.24 at age 40, someone commented on the vid that now at age 50 he ran 4.43

that's how i would tell if the training worked, if your still fast after years go by......or maybe that shows great genetics idk

this race is not that cool...first of all, i get more tired in a good 400m than this race (it's a different kinda tired when you run this race)

it's too slow of a pace for me, don't like it much

there is this dude, may have went to  olympics idk or is in college 800m, guy runs, repeat 300m-500m almost every other day when we went to the track(this was the one i talked about, the college 1 that has pro track guys race there, we used it as practice) the guy must have done 30-40 of these repeats(or what seemed to be) at insane pace probably keeping 26-28seconds for 200m time..i mean absolute beast, guy was relentless, took about 1min break in between each 1 and was dead on every time...skinny as a rail 2

Yes , that overlay is SICK man... probably 36+???
Actually the dunk pics look like you're 12'' above , which is 36'' for you , and head looks a bit higher on head-height jump , so it could be 37'' to 37,5'' legit , word!  :o

ya man.. im trying to make a push for 150 lb BW.. all this running im doing + my cleaned up diet should help.. i'm just getting pissed that i'm not jumping peak because of say 10 lb of fat on me that's weighing me down.. part of my ideology is to get ridiculously ripped and i've yet to do that..

not trying to sound like an anorexic or anything, just saying, at 150 and 10 lb of fat less i should hit 40.. so i've gotten pretty annoyed lately with that, which has given me more focus :D

peace man

150lbs suck dude, everyone thinks your skinny and can't do shit...i know from experience

whatever twerp  :pissed:

u be skinnier than me then...since your taller....
