skipped ball on friday, to try to get ahead of the fatigue. It helped a little. I need to get to a spot where I can lift 3x a week as I am sure my gains would improve. However that is more then life will allow at the moment. Twice a week with real focus will be better then where I have been at lately. Need to get back into the game.
